I’m Paige Wood.
I help people feel confident in the gym through structured training plans, goal-setting and creating healthy nutrition habits for life and sport. Get ready to learn, grow and crush your fitness goals.
I work with a variety of clients, from competitive powerlifting athletes to pregnant and postpartum women.
I believe that doing hard things empowers you to do hard things. I believe that strength training should be accessible to everyone - and I believe that fuelling your body should be celebrated.
I’m a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, a Canadian Powerlifting Union national-level powerlifter and a certified training and nutrition coach.

Variety of available equipment includes; power rack, power bar, safety squat bar, Swiss bar, dumbbells, cable machine, pull-up bar, suspension trainer and bands.
Also includes infrared sauna and full bathroom/shower access.
