I’m Paige Wood.

I help people feel confident in the gym through structured training plans, goal-setting and creating healthy nutrition habits for life and sport. Get ready to learn, grow and crush your fitness goals.

I believe that doing hard things empowers you to do hard things. I believe that strength training should be accessible to everyone - and I believe that fueling your body should be celebrated.

I’m a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, a Canadian Powerlifting Union national-level powerlifter and a certified training and nutrition coach.
